The Bermuda Triangle
A stretch of the western Atlantic between Florida, Bermuda and Puerto Rico, described in a 1964 magazine article as a zone where ships and planes vanish. Losses linked to it include the five bombers of Flight 19 in 1945; the U.S. Coast Guard and NOAA say the losses there have ordinary physical causes.
