A disused former hospital at Changi, Singapore, owned by the state. Since it was abandoned it has gathered ghost stories, from a nurse said to walk the grounds to poltergeists.

In 2006 the SLA (Singapore Land Authority) put the building up for public tender. Its press release described a state property about 70 years old, spread over three blocks with 7638 square metres of floor space, and offered it to businesses for new uses on a three-year tenancy that could be renewed to a total of nine years.

Wikipedia's article on the hospital says ghost stories and tales of the paranormal have grown up around the place since it was abandoned. They range from a nurse said to roam the compound to poltergeists in the old wards. The same article says there is "almost no substantial proof" for any of them beyond some photos and videos shot outside or inside the building.

Haunted Changi, a 2010 found-footage horror film from Singapore, was directed by Andrew Lau and drew notice online before release through its marketing. Universal Studios Singapore has a scaled-down copy of the hospital in its theme park, which Wikipedia says is popular with visitors around Halloween.

From the primary source
"Universal Studios Singapore (USS) has built a small replica of the former hospital in its theme-park to raise awareness of the haunted building, which becomes popular amongst visitors especially during the Halloween period.[5] Since its abandonment, many horror stories and paranormal tales have emerged from the place, ranging from tales of an alleged nurse roaming the compound to poltergeists haunting the old hospital. However, there is almost no substantial proof to back these up, aside from several photos or videos taken outside or within the abandoned hospital."
