Letta Me Out
A wooden, child-sized doll that Kerry Walton says he found under a house in Wagga Wagga, Australia, and named Letta Me Out.
Kerry Walton, of Queensland, says he found the doll under a house in Wagga Wagga. The Chronicle in Toowoomba, reporting in 2016, called the house haunted and said Walton had kept the doll for about 40 years. Wikipedia says he found it in 1972, while visiting an abandoned building. The Chronicle's headline described it as 200 years old.
Wikipedia reports that Walton named it Letta Me Out for what he says it can do. He claims people have watched it move and that it has scuffed surfaces around his house. He told The Chronicle that some people believe the spirit of a boy who drowned long ago is inside it.
Walton has appeared with the doll on several television programmes.
"Kerry Walton, of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, has appeared on a number of television programs with a doll he claims to have found while visiting an abandoned building in 1972 in Wagga Wagga.[9] According to Walton, he named the doll "Letta Me Out" because of its supposedly supernatural characteristics. Walton claims that people have seen the doll move in front of them, and that the doll has left scuff marks around the house.[10]"
